Check-out is by 11:00 on your departure day. If you require a later departure, please ask Alexander when you book or during your stay. Subject to availability, late check-out until 14:00 can often be arranged at no additional charge.
The N1 Signature Apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds that can be configured as a king. All linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy.
One dedicated underground parking space is included with every reservation, accessed via electronic gate at the rear of the building on Hauptstraße 15. The space accommodates standard vehicles up to 4.8 metres in length. Additional street parking is available within 100 metres for guests travelling with a second car.
We regret that pets cannot be accommodated at the N1 Signature Apartment due to building regulations and consideration for guests with allergies. Alexander can recommend excellent local boarding facilities if you are travelling with animals and need temporary care arrangements.
Direct reservations are handled personally by Alexander via email or phone. You receive priority support, guaranteed best rates with 15% savings compared to platform bookings, and flexibility with check-in times and special requests. Payment is processed securely, with confirmation and full apartment details sent within 24 hours.
Reservations can be cancelled up to 14 days before arrival for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made 7-14 days prior receive 50% refund. Within 7 days of arrival, the full reservation amount is retained. Modifications to dates are always welcome subject to availability.
